How much time should take place between sessions?

Veronica typically recommends 1-2 week intervals between sessions, with occasional exceptions to that rule. It’s optimal to leave some time between sessions in order to let you process the content from one session and gather some feedback prior to meeting again.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel or reschedule sessions with at least 48 hours advance notice. You will receive text/email notifications in advance of each session. Keep in mind that if you forget or fail to attend a session without giving proper notice, your payment is not refundable. This is Veronica's least favorite thing to do, but her time is very valuable and thus all appointments must be treated as such.
